- Projects- view can be linked to an intranet page and is updated in real time
- Possibility to create activities via a web form
- New reports added to dashboard
- Hours can now be reported from activities. Tools-> Report hours
- When a ticket is created from an activity, no automatic emails are sent
- When receiving a ticket, any addresses in the CC field will receive a notification and can respond to the ticket
