Everyday workday, we hold a Quality Gate and Roadmap live demo:
A project manager will often disregard or dismiss people’s opinions. But if the business people working on the project have a negative attitude, project execution becomes harder.
Could it be, that failing a project is not such a bad thing for everyone?
Do I find inner motivation and spread it around or am I a motivation killer?
“We have to start acceptance testing, because we need to stay on schedule!” Or do we, or is it even smart? Are you interested to hear a second opinion
As a testing manager in many development projects, I’ve learned to report every observation, not just the errors and change requests. The problem solving ability of the observations has huge impact on keeping the project on schedule. Most problems can be solved before they were even born, if you listen to the questions made. Many of them already include the answer.
As more and more projects become agile, reporting has to support agile work environment.
