Project’s Problem Solving Ability Sets the Pace

As a testing manager in many development projects, I’ve learned to report every observation, not just the errors and change requests. The problem solving ability of the observations has huge impact on keeping the project on schedule. Most problems can be solved before they were even born, if you listen to the questions made. Many of them already include the answer.
